Much sturdier construction, and we decided to skip side windows, for leak, and weight reasons

When my husband sent me to get the fan belt I learned it has a 360, runs pretty strong too.

Nice job...those Dodge Motorhomes had the best engines.

We are using 3/4 inch, we know its heavier but we are making up for added weight by removing old appliances, windows, and a door.

Nice !

I have also decided to loose the front windows on the cab over for the same reasons, just more places for the water to find it's way in.

I think we will also be using full dimensional lumber as well rather than rip down studs to 2x2's.

More strength and we were never going to get more than 7 or 8 MPG anyway.

It's hard to tell from your photos, are you using 3/4 ply or 1/2 ?
