Awesome job on interior and exterior. I recently purchased a 71, 15'. Needs a lot of framing replaced, etc...plan on doing it right this fall and winter in our shop.
Hey Frankie
Your wife is lucky! A man with good taste. She must enjoy being in that beauty.
I have a Dutch Craft that looks like the "Before" pic...but the previous owners took very good care of it. Im trying to learn everything I can about them. Your postings are the best I have found on the internet so far. Thanks for sharing them.
Hi Patricia....thank you for the compliment. I think the title says it weighs 3500 pounds, but I don't have it in front of me right now. Of course the weight on the title doesn't include the awning, steps, spare tire, larger fridge, 2 gas tanks, battery or water tank. I am guessing it is more like 4000 (or more) with all of that. I would like to take it by a set of scales. I have since done a little more to it. I used counter top paint to paint the counters a light blue and I (yes me) sewed curtains to match. Shocked the wife, she didn't think this grease monkey redneck could operate a sewing machine. LOL What kind of rig did you get?
Hi Frankie...I accidentally clicked the FB link while admiring your DutchCraft...don't think I shared it but the blog said I did. How much does your rig weigh? I just got one similar but don't know much about it yet. Yours sure looks good!
