I would pull the cover and check the inside for rust and corrosion.  If it looks good you should be good to go, if it has rust and corrosion, may be best to change it out so you don't have a fire from electricity going someplace you don't want it to, or a contact getting hot from being a bad connection.

 The resets could be a bit confusing but if it's sound it should be just fine.
