Built in the mid 30's. It had a wood frame and tung when I bought it. All metal chassis now.

I had to go back and re-examine your Pic's and had a good chuckle on my poor vision. The shadow behind the finders had me fooled. I guess it's time to get a new set of glass's but just the same it's a very nice camper.

The fenders are just regular trailer fenders from a local supplier but I do have a nice set of fiberglass fenders that were produced here for the Kit teardrop. I need to paint them and they will go right over the ones on it. Figured they would make great rock chip guards.
