Floor plans are getting harder to find due to previous owners misplacing the originals and manufacturers going out of business or being sold to other companies. The majority of rebuilder, us D.I.Y.'s, kind of research pictures of others RV's, to get a visual idea, and using the old imagination and laying out our own personal floor plans to suit our individual needs. Rebuilding and restoring a vintage or even an older model RV is in the mindset of the owner. TV shows restore the vintage to reflect the Era and be original for Show room appearance, Basically look good, but are rarely ever ever used in the real world, out making memories with family.
Trying to find original 2 way fridges are a challenge, consider the age and determination factor, they pose a hazard unless professionally rebuilt which is very costly. Several manufacturers have replacement units that are Safe, and yes are also costly, but if you shop around you can find good deals.
Just remember, while redoing your RV. Your only limited by your own imagination. Also. Members here can help with you on ideas if your not sure. Just post on main page your idea. Kinda like throw us a bone to kneel on and you will be surprised at some neat ideas, Everyone at times, think outside the box.
