Hi Mark and Tanyalea, We just had another member with the same questions and it is probably one of the most common topics for vintage RV owners. I think the best advice I can give you not knowing the condition of your roof is for you to hit up the search bar at the top of the page on the right and type in roof repairs. Also on the right of the page there is a how too column,in that area you will see the topic Repair an RV roof. You can get a good idea of what you may need to do and that will help you ask questions for specific areas such as vents, seams and what to use as there are a lot of very good materials out there to work with. Roof repairs can get pretty involved if there is rot or it can be as simple as scraping and re applying a quality sealant. One thing I will tell you is to stay away from silicone it has no use around your RV.
