neutral safety switch location on 1969 Winnebago

I have a 1969 Winnebago D-18 with a 318 ci engine with an A727 trannie. Can someone please tell me where the neutral safety switch is located? The engine does not crank over when i turn the ignition key. It is silent. I do not even here a click coming from the solenoid with fully charged batteries. My starter cranks over the engine when i touched the posts with an insulated screw driver so i know it is not the starter. I replaced the ignition switch and starter relay and still nothing. Neutral Safety switch is located on the drivers side of a A727 transmission close to the shift lever mechanism.
