Thanks for the welcome! I'm pretty familiar with v-stars as I'm a tech at the Yamaha dealership in Espanola. About the only time we see those bikes is for oil changes and tires!
I'm quite involved with vintage bikes, (old bikes, old rv's maybe there is a theme here?). My main ride is a 1974 Moto Guzzi Eldorado with a sidecar.
I'd like to see some photos of your Winnebago...do you have any posted on this site? I'm still working on learning to navigate around Good Old RV's-
Been through Severn Bridge many times- we are originally from southern Ont and visit a couple of times a year. By the way---I earned the "Relic" moniker because I remind some folks of the old Beachcombers character...being Canucks you might know what I'm talking about?
take care, Relic aka Ken
Thanks Rick! My current tires I have now are 8.75R16.5
Thanks for the welcome Rick. Looking forward to checking out the site a bit. To make a short story long, I bought a 75 dodge motorhome. Its pretty scary and trashed. Inside really nothin good. I bought it for 440 motor and trans, for my hotrod. The beast has 7 new tires, 4000 watt onan generator and motor and tranny less than 60000 miles. I.m paying only 500 for it, so really didnt see how I could go bad.
Like I said appreciate the welcome and looking forward to seeing everyones toys.
Hey Mate, Got a suggestion for you. Go to Office Max and pick up a copy of Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing. Trust me it's a great way to learn typing having fun and it's amazing how much more fun it is to not have to hunt a peck. It only cost about $10:00 bucks. Are you planing on going to the Jimco Jam?
Rick;
We would be interested. Of course it depends on when and where as we have some commitments in the summer.
Keith
Hi Guys; hope your holiday was a good one, thanks for the well wishes, right back atcha. :)
Yeah, I got this brave for Christmas... It was an awesome gift and can't wait to go camp with it. I see that you guys aren't far from Toronto. We often go to races in Ohsweken that is about 1h30 south of Toronto. We usually use our 2005 391 Damon Intruder to go to places that are far but I am sure we will use our brave to go to Toronto once!
Thanks, Max
Hey neighbour, thanks 4 the welcome, Dar & I are new to the RV scene, tryin" to get our "new" 69 Playmor getup and goable for next summer to go out west to see relatives.
Sounds like you guys are masters of road, like your hookup ideas with the bikes must be alot of fun. :)
