  Bonnie, I agree with the recent Ken Burns documentary on the National Parks, "Americas Greatest Idea" I say if you can visit but one National Park, make it Glacier. Utah's Grand Circle of Zion, Bryce, Capitol  Reef, Canyonlands and Arches is a great trip and with a Senior Pass with free admission and 1/2 price camping its relatively affordable. Go for it.

Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone NP,,,,,,,Goose Island on Lake McDonald on the West side of Glacier NP,,,,,,,,,,,Many Glacier Lodge on the East side of Glacier NP,,,,,,,,,,The Temple in Zion NP,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Bryce Canyon NP,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,The Grand Tetons NP,,,,,Crater Lake NP

 Next summer were headed to Southern Colorado,,,,Monument Valley,,,,, North Rim of Grand Canyon,,,,,, Zion,,,,Yosemite,,,,,,,,,,Kings Canyon,,,,,,,,,,Sequoia,,,,son in San Diego, daughter in Austin, Texas, then back home again in Indiana, God Willing
