Corpus Christi Texas Campground
Im planning a short weekend motorhome trip to Corpus Christi and want to be on the Ocean (actual Gulf NOT inner bay) and looked at a couple County Parks IB Magee and Padre Bali. Any comments on either or which may be best???

I have a nice recommendation for you,, One is Located in Flour Bluff,(gateway to Padre Island), which I have stayed numerous times, great location and great staff and reasonable rates. The other is a STATE RV park right on the beach, about 200 yards from the actual surf. The so called Resorts are booked solid till late next June, But there are still several Rv parks with reasonable rates and ammenities.
The RV park in Flour Bluff is called Laguna Shores Rv park. Real clean and quiet. Away from traffic noise but close to shopping and access to several beaches scattered along the coast here.
