Suburban Furnace problem

I have a Suburban furnace in my 87 Southwind. It will not produce heat. The sail switch is working, as is the high temp sensor and the propane tank is full. It was working fine, but then just quit producing heat. Any suggestions as what to look at next?

I feel your pain mine will light and the burner comes on but the fan does not. hope you find your problem I'm going to tear into mine sometime today hoping it's a fan switch or something simple.

Hi I am A heating AC tec and this time of the year when customers fire up there gas furnace for the first time they wont lite due to spider webs or dirt in the burner orifice a couple of passes with a pipe cleaner or small wire may take care of your problem, worth a try.

  Tom Baker, good info. A few years back my buddy said his Fridge wouldn't light on LP gas. So I pull the cover and start inspecting things and see this huge carbon/soot build up in the burner HMMMMMMMMMM so I clean it all out and it lights the next try. I ask him when was the last time you cleaned the soot and carbon to which he replies NEVER, if it aint broke don't fix it lol. I go on to tell him at least twice a year I give my furnace and hot water heater and fridge a good cleaning and blowing out all the rust and carbon and soot and other debris, its just how I'm wired being an old boy scout (always be prepared) and an engineer.

im guessing its a nt series...should have a dsi board.  power goes through the high temp limit and sail switch to get to the board.  once energized, the board should send power to the gas valve and send spark to the ignitor probes after about 20 seconds.  should be able to hear the gas valve open and the ticking start at that time.  if you do, then check the probes above the burner.  1/8 inch gap to ground on the ignitor probe and 3/8 inch on the sense probe unless they are burnt up.  if it lights and dies in 7 seconds...then its losing sense

It is an NT 30 and it is not igniting.  There is no spark and it is not going into lock-out.  The sail switch, high temp limit switch and the gas valves are all working.  I replaced the board and am having the same problem, no sparking to ignite the propane.  Maybe the new board is also bad?
