I have yet to unearth the vin number, and this trailer came with no papers. I will get the vin eventually, but for now I am wondering if anyone knows this one?

Hi it looks close to my Skyline Nomad but your is in much better shape. I have not been able to find my Vin # as well but have been told to look on the trailers tongue so I have been removing many layers of old paint but still no vin. I was also told the year may be in the numbers stamped on the tail lights. Hope this helps and congrats on your new camper. Tom

Hi Tom. Thanks! I have discovered it is a 1966 or 67 Aristocrat Lo Liner. pretty excited to get going on the restore…Just in time for it to be too cold and wet to do anything till spring! HA. So I will do research and development till the rain and wind subside. :)

P.S. Just had a peek through our photos! Your trailer is ADOREABLE. I love the lines! You will definitely have fun bringing her back to life.

Thanks will be nice when its done I have the interior completely removed and some rotten framing to deal with but should be good to go by spring

Oh my! I knew I had gotten myself into something big but wow! Very informative, slightly intimidating! Thank you for the tip.

Tail lights will be stamped with yr model, usually 2 yr difference,, pre model yr, and exact yr,, gives you a good reference point.... If its a Skyline (Nomad), The vin should be on the left tongue rail (facing the trailer) on the inside of the frame,, usually covered with yrs of rust and paint and all around crud.  I was leaning PRE  1970 by the body style.

Thanks been removing years of paint will keep going
