Retro fit heated waste tanks and dump valves

Hey Forum Chums

Got an 85 Pace Arrow last fall

....wintered in it with some fine advice 

From some folks on the forum..while building a permanent house on my land....put hay bales around tye perimeter....but in extreme cold...my dump valves froze on a couple of occasions....I want to nake it more versatile...for cold weather camping...my son fell in love with it...anyone do a retrofit with heated tanks....valves....etc?

My Tanks almost froze last year,,, the dump valve froze that was all.and was lucky it thawed out with a heat lamp.  I was concidering running heat tape in rows along my tanks this up coming winter along with a new supply hose and heat tape.. Im thinking if heat tape can keep a hose from freezing it might work on a tank.. But also thinking I would have to put a blanket of insualtion on the tank after I put the heat strips on to be sufficient,,, Its going to be a try and see type adventure and will post my results if it works or not.
