been 2 days.. forgot the beef marinade also contains lime and tequila... LOL...

Friday afternoon.. I dry rubbed 2 hunks of deboned pork shoulder with a "Raspberry Chipotle" rub a neighbor gave us that smells wonderful.  I made a marinade of garlic, onions, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, and smoked sea salt... stabbed the  beef roast multiple times and rubbed it down with my mix... both were bagged and frozen so while freezing and thawing will marinade.  Need to buy the turkey tomorrow...  will marinate and freeze.  All will be wrapped in foil and pit roasted in a hot prefired pit of stones all day saturday before the feast.

Tina Paul will be pit roasting turkey,beef and pork for everyone.
