Pit roasted 1)Raspberry chipotle rubbed pork shoulder with onions limes garlic in beer. 2)Wine, garlic, onion lime and herb marinated beef eye of round roasts 3) turkey (will determine marinade at Jimco's when it thaws... and pot of bean hole beans.  - Does Happy dance!

Just two more weeks till the jam. We don't have a theme yet, how about Beach Party? Unless someone has a different idea. Yes, don't forget the pot luck Saturday.Let us know what you are bringing. Always lots of good food. Of course we are always doing yard work, but things are really coming together. Heck, my dahlia's are even blooming. Looking forward to making new friends and seeing old one's.

Hey Jimmy make room for another 75 Bago. Vic from Kitchener Ontaio and I may be hooking up in Dunkirk New York possibly on the evening of the 30th leaving the 31st for your place. In not Vic's going to be heading out on the 1st or 2nd. Round'm up and head'm out the Canadians are coming.
