Sorry I did not respond sooner. I have not been able to determine exactly what year it is except I believe it is either 1965 or 66 Sportsman Model. Your camper looks beautiful.

We have the twin to this camper, and we cant find it anywhere on the internet except for here! Did you ever find out what the real model make year of this trailer is?
thanks,
Ryan
Hi Kevin,
Thank you for your comment. I like diner blue! I cannot find any information on the year of our camper. I have the VIN and DMV said that I could only find out the year if I registered it. We are not doing that because it is set up in our backyard to camp with our beagle. I would have to take it to a weigh station to have the weight for DMV and without that, they will not give me any info. I also had the old plate from 1983 and they said it was too old to look up. I did find a Canada Dry box inside the camper that held the spare parts. It is the same diner blue color and it had a sticker on it that says Montgomery Ward/Western Field, with a June 1965 date stamped into the box. The label on the outside of the door says it is a Corsair. I ordered a Corsair brochure from 1966 and our model is not in it. I ordered camp magazines from 1965 and can't find it there, either.
I am new to this site and I do not believe you have to buy, restore and flip trailers to be on here. If you do, then I shouldn't be here, ha.ha. My name is Rusticbuilder because I build rustic furniture for a hobby.
Your Metzendorf camper is beautiful!
