I recently wrote about Habitat for Humanities RV Care-A-Vanners and what you can do with an RV. Well to go one step further, if you have access to a motor coach, you can signup with Angel Bus as a driver.
Angel Bus® is a non-profit charity, dedicated to providing non-emergency, long-distance ground transportation to financially stressed ambulatory patients who are traveling for treatment. A typical trip supported by Angel Bus does not exceed 250 miles (one-way) and we do not normally handle trips within a local area or community. Exceptions made on a case-by-case basis, routinely for cancer patients traveling daily for treatment.

During calendar year 2013 Angel Bus provided over 11,100 trips. The trips were for patient travel to distant medical care for a public benefit of over $276,000 while traveling over 729,000 miles.
