Engine will not turn over except for jumping solenold

Have power when i turn key but starter wont turn wire from battery is good put new ignition relay in and ignition switch in but still nothing

Got new switch installed it it works but still no start

One of the post broke on the heat sink can it be solder back together if not where can i find a new one
