I have got nothing but the run around from RV Parts Country (rvpartscountry.com) in London Kentucky. They promised to make my order correct and never followed through. I waited for 14 minutes on hold to speak to a representativeand he immediately placed me on hold and I am still holding for an additional 27 minutes... that is 41 minutes and counting!
Please find a parts store that is reputable... but avoid RV Parts Country at all costs!!!

Yes Tina,Sands RV. The most friendly and knowledgeable RV parts store in northeast Ohio.
www.rvpartscountry.com I think is who you all mean? I just got in an RV water heater from them and it was great, so no complaints. Those guys and www.camperpartsworld.com has been good to me, so you might want to try them. I recommend them greatly!
Be careful when shopping from rvpartscountry.com, avoid if possible. When you return parts you will pay return shipping cost and 20% restocking charges. You will be better off buying from Ebay with a much better return policy.
I have had a couple issues on correct parts from them, then decided to search Ebay and have found several reputable Rv parts from reputable companies. I have 3 saved in favorites due to the fact thay have the correct parts and their return policy is awesome. PLUS FREE SHIPPING...
Im trying to get addresses to copy from my laptop to mini so I can post them here.
I usually locate them from there user names on Ebay. But will work on getting URL's.
