I have got nothing but the run around from RV Parts Country (rvpartscountry.com) in London Kentucky. They promised to  make my order correct and never followed through. I waited for 14 minutes on hold to speak to a representativeand he immediately placed me on hold and I am still holding for an additional 27 minutes... that is 41 minutes and counting!

Please find a parts store that is reputable... but avoid RV Parts Country at all costs!!!

I finally hung up the call I had on hold to RV Parts Country. 44 minutes between 2 holds and no service.
I emailed RV Parts Country... they emailed me back and told me to call!
Wow! What kind of parts were you looking at getting?
I can relate to this. I ordered several items from this company last week Oct 14. Have to say items arrived very fast. However, one of the items(refrig vent cover) was damaged due to very poor packing, not from shipping. I called on Friday Oct 15th, the same day the items arrived. I called twice and was on hold for about an hour each and left messages. Never returned my calls. I sent emails (at least James got a response to eamil, more than I ever got)and the one for support was sent back as undeliverable and the one web site had no response. I called twice on Monday, Oct 18th and again waited very long until ended up leaving messages and no return calls. Left messages on website and no response. I called twice on Tuesay Oct 19th, left messages and no return calls. I call my credit card co and said I had to wait 15 days to stop payment. I then called their warehouse in MD, left message and no return calls.
I ended filing a complaint with BBB. I was not asking for anything unreasonable except to get item exhanged. And according to thier website, they want 20% stocking fee and pay shipping charges to send back and get new item. What a bunch of crap. Like above, I would avoid RV Country Parts.
the ultimate candyland for all RV'ers... Sands RV in Madison OH.... http://www.sandsrv.com Just give them a call they go out of their way to find your part, especially for older rigs.... new and used parts. can't say enough good things about the Ungers. And if you are near Madison (at the base of lake Erie), east of Cleveland... stop by. they know old RV's inside and out all makes...

Yes Tina,Sands RV. The most friendly and knowledgeable RV parts store in northeast Ohio.

I used to work as a Customer Service Rep for Camping World. I heard a lot of complaints about this company and have to say you aren't the only one who has had problems! Not that it helps, but sorry that you had this experience. ALWAYS get the name of the person you speak with, and their email.

Get a twitter account and post about your experience on Facebook. When word gets out they will have to change or go under.
I used to buy off PPL and they had the same problems you guys mention but I buy off from RV Parts Country now and haven't had any problems. I bought an adapter there a while back and it was backordered, but they let me know.

www.rvpartscountry.com I think is who you all mean? I just got in an RV water heater from them and it was great, so no complaints. Those guys and www.camperpartsworld.com has been good to me, so you might want to try them. I recommend them greatly!

Be careful when shopping from rvpartscountry.com, avoid if possible.  When you return parts you will pay return shipping cost and 20% restocking charges.  You will be better off buying from Ebay with a much better return policy.

I have had a couple issues on correct parts from them, then decided to search Ebay and have found several reputable Rv parts from reputable companies. I have 3 saved in favorites due to the fact thay have the correct parts and their return policy is awesome. PLUS FREE SHIPPING...

Im trying to get addresses to copy from my laptop to mini so I can post them here.

I usually locate them from there user names on Ebay. But will work on getting URL's.
