Well here in South East Ohio we've been spared the nasty white stuff so far this winter but Monday we got blasted with 6" of reminders. I was out side to day to clear my driveway and wondered how in the world I could get up there and clean that stuff off the palace roof. Easy I said just take it out for a shake down run. I had been worried about weather or not I should plug in for the winter and few of you encouraged me to do so; boy am I glad I did. The old girl grunted to life after just a crank or two and down the road I went. It's amazing how much more noise things make at 16 degrees. The tires felt like the old steel wheels on a war era Farmall Tractor and the seat was stiff as well but we got out on the road and she came right up to speed with no problems at all. The cloud of snow in the rear view told me my mission was being accomplished and now I have the Motor Home camper blues. I'm wishing I could just head on down the road for a few days but that's for another time I guess. Anyway Thanks to all of you that plug in for the winter storage I'm your corner now. And to those of you that aren't storing I'm jealous. Any one have a unique way to get snow off your Motor Home roof?

Here is NE Arkansas we have very little snow, but we do get ice storms. So my problems is to watch the ice and if it gets tooooo thick how to get it off the roof with out damaging said fiberglass roof and all the accouterments.
That's a good Idea, I thought about a leaf blower with a gutter adapter but didn't go that rout. just to much outlay this close to the holiday purge of my bank account. LOL
