Tiz good and bad I would say.
So I had my camper found! A homemade slide in truck camper in very nice shape. The camper would have come with the tie downs, the a/c and new tv he had just bought. I worked my tail to the bone and came up a couple hrs to late. He sold it to another gentleman who came and upped my price by $400. Whats a man to do, no harm, no foul, I would have done the same thing.
It lead me to my new project .... a 65 Norris .... already 85%…

When we got our 1984 Winnebago Chieftain motorhome it had been sitting for some time. The roof showed signs of previous repairs, none which were done properly, and not knowing any better I performed more repairs for minor leaks, again not done properly, so after a 1400 mile trip from New Mexico to Alabama, where we are located now, I decided to research rv roof repairs and discovered the proper way to repair an rv roof and thus began the process of proper repair. Good Old Rvs. Ah yes, they sure are classic pieces of art aren't they?
My name is Adam and I recently purchased a '66 Travco 270. I have been off and on full time in my previous rig 'Gypsy', a '77 Dodge Sportsman 20ft. She was my first home on wheels and I fell in love. Never before had I experienced such freedom and the sense of pride that goes along with owning your own home.

Here is what our camper looked like after the last trip in sept. 2011.
I finely discovered what happened this spring when I was able to get up there and begin repair assessments.
The previous owner had a serious roof leak, and instead of replacing the whole roof, decided to rip out the front fifteen feet of rubber and ply, and replace it with luan, and then…

Well Pat , That is a hard question for me. That Eagle I posted was one that was assigned to me and kept in St Joseph at the time so kinda like my own. I remember hand waxing that old girl. But later on in years I drove for a company that was part of Arrow stage lines called Chief. They were out of Omaha Ne. and again being the only guy in St Joe they gave me a bus. It was a Prevost I think a late 80s model don't…

Flat head 6 4 speed and really geared low with a mountain range rear end. dad used it in the summer and worked carnivals. next is me in Kansas City mo in front of the Trailways depot. A 1959 GMC 4104. Next is my old baby a 1972 Eagle 05 318 4 speed. taken up in Colorado. I am thinking this was…
