The "sea Witch" is re -christened !

Hi Pat and everyone . It has been a while since I last posted. If you will remember I started a project called "The Sea Witch -A 1995 dodge b1500 cargo van. work on her still continues to this day but I wanted to update my blog with some new pix. Rain, rain, rain!

  Today I finally got back to work on my Pace Arrow.  Sunny all day.  Adding a lower house style kitchen cabinet where the original dinette with bench seats used to be.  The front bench seat flipped over to make the front passenger seat.  More cabinet space and a large upper drawer.  Finishing the top with  a 18 X 18 or larger ceramic tile for food prep area.  Its against the wall opposite the kitchen area.  Will post pics later.  The coach has one weak spot in the floor in front of…

The Starcraft Starliner Captains log

Brief background. Saw the 1970 Starcraft in OC Craigslist ad about a year ago. Fell in love with the style immediately. Timing was bad for me so I let it go. Year later, saw it again in Craigslist for about half the original price. Talked to the current owner. He had bought it to restore and rent out at his shop in OC. Week three

Well another week went by and progress has slowed on the Dutch Craft. I did find replacement vent units for the roof at a surprising low cost. A local RV repair shop helped me with new frames and covers and also a new gas pressure and tank change over for a lot less than Ii expected ...so roof work this week and then on to interior finishing....yeah.
