we are new to rving, but have tent camped for years. we recently got a pull behind from a good friend. it was in her barn. in decent shape and will be fun to restore. only problem is there are no names or makes on it. only a metal tag on the tongue that reads.

Well my problem with the battery in the truck not charging has been fixed now. After having the alternator checked, the wiring all tracked and checked, it turns out the problem was the regulator. As luck would have it, when I bought this rig it came with a box of 'stuff' which looked like a lot of junk. In there was another regulator and when the guys tried it, it worked. So with the new regulator in place, I took her for a run and she did well, charging the battery. But after about 5 klm…

I have purchased a Airstream Argosy with a 454 GM motor. I love the coach for its beauty and retro aircraft style. ( Im a pilot) but, to my point and question. I am looking for anyone who has done a conversion from a Carburetor to a throttle body EFI ( electronic fuel Injection) There are several manufactures that now make a drop in bolt on kits starting at around 2 grand.

OK found out that my tank is made of polyethylene and you can't patch with fiberglass. So I started looking for information on the internet U- Tube had great info on the how to repair it you must use polyethylene rod and soldering iron it looked like a 40 watt. They don't tell you where to get the rod you need. and if you over heated you will make the hole bigger. They sell plastic welding machines they are between 1000.00 & 2000.00 Yea right! got a new puppy a couple of months ago, so every spare minute of time is going to him and not the camper. Put new calipers and pads on and went last weekend for a much needed rest! will be going again next weekend and hope to eventually keep going on the rebuild.
