I am planning to buy a lake lot to put my 15 foot Lark trailer on. I will have a deck built and will be leaving the trailer there for long periods of time. Should I remove the tires and if so, what do I set the trailer on? I would appreciate any information.
Thanks,
Steve Herring

Calling all campers.... I am looking to gather data on Bravo campers. There is very little information and would like to start collecting data. Maybe start a Bravo site. Please let me know if you have any history with or about Bravo campers.

n I have read the building of several wagons, and plan to build mine close to them, with a few diffrent twists, 1 being lighter matrial instaed of solid wood, 2 being able to lower the upper cabin but instead of alot of cabnets and shelfs out of woods, using nets, and curtins for some things, the gypsys tend on not having propane for heat, and have no water tanks for stowege, fresh or brown, since the prowler has both. I plan on using them as well as the heater. and it does have 2 axels, and…

first of all this rig has is deplorable, it has sat in 1 spot for years. and the ocupant abaned it. It had a leak in the water cell, and it rotted the floor from the kicthen to the bathroom, the only thing keeping someone from falling thugh the floor is the carpent, and lanolim. I had to take the floor and cabnets out. so far the water heater is propane gas, and I am reluctant to remove that, I am going to remove the heater though, and take off the air…

I have had a long time love of old campers. It's cliched, but it was prob an Airstream that caught my eye as a kid.
Growing up we were a tent camper family. For many years we packed up a family car, and drove all over this great country, tenting it all he way. By the time I was 14 I had traveled thru, camped in, and seem the sites in 38 states (I've added some more as the years past since).
On to the present. Always enjoying the older campers I saw growing…

It's not pretty, but it's so cool!
1978 Dodge Cruise Master-Sportsman edition.
The miles are a little on the high side 93,000 but the way this thing started right up and drove like a beast down the road... there's no way we can pass this deal up.
So far it looks super sturdy, we didn't see any soft spots or mold. YAY!
Nice bunk bed for the kids. Nice bathroom with a small tub.
All the stuff that needs fixing I believe is simply…

RV Parts Country is probably now going to be my first and foremost place to shop from to buy RV parts from. I found a website with a better price than these guys, just by 3 bucks, on an RV shower tub and I was on hold with them for almost 30 minutes and then they hung up on me. After that I called back to order and then they said I hung up on them. This really made me frustrated. Obviously they didn't want my business. I called RV parts country and they answered the phone and was nice to me.…

The typical RV refrigerator is smaller than the one in your home and if you're like most people you tend to overstuff it, making it difficult for air to circulate and maintain an evenly-distributed temperature. This can also cause some of those meat and dairy items to smell a bit after just a couple of days.
This inexpensive removable refrigerator fan will run for 30 days on two D-cell batteries and has a charcoal filter to absorb odors as it circulates the air in your…

I know the community of young families that full time isn't a huge one. But we are joining the small group. We have 3 small kids, under 8 years old. They are super excited for this adventure. And so are we. So as far as the kind we are looking for, I think we have decided on a c-class bunk house.

We are stepping out into the unknown, and beginning our full time RV life. We will be purchasing our first RV this month (hopefully) And we are wondering if any experienced fulltimers would have any advice for us, on how to tell if an RV has dry rot? and stuff to look out for when buying an older used RV.

I have been engineering and designing rv's since I was 19. I'm almost 47 and still loving it. Not that I would ever one-up anyone, I got to play around with a "Bar option" on a decent budget. See attached: Awning and ramp door were electric and bar was on drawer rails so it could slide. Best thing about this unit is the door was the entrance to the rear bath and it all folded back up into the unit @ 27" in depth! I had so much fun with this. You could not tell it was there in transit. Love…

Hi, all,
I am debating about what to do with my Red Dale TT. Its paint is in need of stripping, I know a power washer is all it needs to remove the old paint because it is peeling, but I am considering keeping it unpainted on the top and then painting the bottom half. I want it to stand out and I like…
