OK found out that my tank is made of polyethylene and you can't patch with fiberglass. So I started looking for information on the internet U- Tube had great info on the how to repair it you must use polyethylene rod and soldering iron it looked like a 40 watt. They don't tell you where to get the rod you need. and if you over heated you will make the hole bigger. They sell plastic welding machines they are between 1000.00 & 2000.00 Yea right! OK I will find the rod and we will try this…

got a new puppy a couple of months ago, so every spare minute of time is going to him and not the camper. Put new calipers and pads on and went last weekend for a much needed rest! will be going again next weekend and hope to eventually keep going on the rebuild.  Last night on Great American Country GAC I taped the show Flippin RV's. Its like a reality show where a young couple scours the country for vintage trailers which they buy and restore and you get to see the beginning, the restoration and the final product. I'm sure it will be repeated and there are more upcoming episodes which I will be looking forward to. Might wanna check it out. I get it on Dish Network GAC

I recently decided to go to RV World, locally here.  Sure they have some nice new shiney rigs of all shapes and sizes.I was asking about power cord plugs and misc.. the owner replies hes been in the RV buisness for 30 plus years and has never ever in his life seen a power cord tucked into a storage box or one that has two plugs,, one to go into shore ped and the other end plugging into a plug on the RV side, He said sinse the mid 50's ALL rv's have been designed with a screw in type power…
